Identity & Authenticity: I declare that my Professional Membership Number, PAN, and all KYC details are accurate and legally belong to me. I authorize ProSansaar to verify these credentials through statutory government and institutional portals. Code of Ethics & Private Quoting: I declare that I will strictly use the 'Custom Quote' feature to communicate fees privately to clients, in compliance with the advertising and solicitation restrictions of my regulatory body (e.g., ICAI, BCI, ICSI). I confirm I will not publicly display or market fixed pricing. Marketplace Invoicing & Taxation: I acknowledge the marketplace billing structure wherein ProSansaar issues the service invoice to the client. I agree to issue my professional invoice directly to ProSansaar for my service fee, and I accept that payouts are subject to platform commissions and applicable marketplace TDS (Section 393) deductions. Safe Fund & Dispute Resolution: I agree to ProSansaar's 'Safe Hold' Escrow Policy. In the event of a dispute regarding service delivery or quality, I accept that ProSansaar's Dispute Resolution Team holds the final and binding authority regarding the release or refund of the funds. No False Guarantees: I confirm that I will not offer false assurances, guaranteed legal outcomes, or guaranteed financial returns to clients, strictly adhering to professional conduct rules.

KYC & PAN-Aadhaar Linkage: I declare that my submitted details are accurate and that my PAN is successfully linked with my Aadhaar. I accept that if my PAN is found to be 'inoperative', ProSansaar is legally mandated to deduct TDS at a penal rate of 5%. Original Work & IP Rights: I guarantee that all deliverables will be 100% original. I will not use pirated software, plagiarized content, or infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or copyright. Platform Billing & Anti-Circumvention: I understand that ProSansaar strictly handles all client billing and invoicing. I agree not to share direct contact details to bypass the platform's financial ecosystem. I understand that bypassing platform payments will result in permanent account suspension. Payouts & Statutory Deductions: I understand that my final payout will be processed after the deduction of ProSansaar's platform commission and statutory marketplace tax deductions (TDS/TCS). I remain solely responsible for monitoring my own GST thresholds and filing my personal income tax returns. Delivery & Safe Fund Policy: I understand that funds are only released from escrow after explicit client approval or upon the auto-completion of a milestone. I accept ProSansaar's dispute resolution process as final and binding.

Non-Resident Tax Status: I declare that I am not a resident of India for tax purposes. I am operating from outside India, and the provided Tax Identification Number (TIN) and address details are accurate. Local Tax Compliance: I acknowledge that I am an independent contractor. I am solely responsible for reporting my income and paying any applicable local income taxes, VAT, or other statutory dues in my country of residence. ProSansaar is not responsible for withholding local taxes on my behalf. Marketplace Invoicing & Payouts: I understand that ProSansaar acts as the marketplace intermediary. I agree to issue my service invoice directly to ProSansaar. I accept that my final payout will be processed after platform commissions and may be subject to foreign exchange (FX) conversion rates and cross-border transfer fees. Originality & Anti-Circumvention: I guarantee that all work delivered will be original and not infringe on any international intellectual property rights. I agree not to share direct contact details to bypass the platform's payment gateway. Safe Hold & Cross-Border Disputes: I agree to the 'Safe Hold' fund-protection policy. In case of any dispute, I accept ProSansaar's dispute resolution process as final and binding, governed by the terms of service.
